Thanks for considering Happy Little Hippo for selling and consigning! We really enjoy being able to provide and receive this service and would like to offer a few guidelines to ensure a positive experience for everyone...
We buy your Cute, Current, Stylish Kids Clothes sizes 0-7 and Accessories for CASH or we can offer you more for STORE CREDIT.
We consign larger, more expensive baby items.
(ie. strollers, high chairs, bedding sets, baby swings etc... and are currently consigning maternity clothes.)

Please read before buying back with us......
Clothing and Accessories (with an appointment):
1. Please wash all wearable items and lay them flat out of the dryer to reduce wrinkling. Bring them in to the store laid out flat as well. Please wipe of shoes too. We can offer more for items that don't require steaming, pressing, wiping off etc.
2. Please check that all articles are stain-free, hole/rip-free and that all buttons and snaps are done.
3. Choose 35 favorite pieces of seasonal clothing (or less) to bring to Hippo to sell (shoes, hats and other accessories or toys are not included in the 35). Don't worry, we can always make another appointment to view more of your items!
Non-Wearable Items
1. Please wash any part of the item that is removable/washable. Most strollers, car seats, high chairs, etc, have pads or linings that can be washed.
2. Please wipe down all surfaces as necessary so the item is free from dirt, dust, stickers/sticker residue, etc.
3. To help with the speedy sale of consignment items you may bring a photo/ad/printout of your item with the retail price on it. Customers like to have as much information as possible before purchasing items and the current retail price helps them to know what a bargain they'll be receiving.
4. We require that items be in good working condition with all their parts.
5. We do not accept recalled items.

Our clothing appointments fill up fast.
Drop In Special:
Drop by Wed. or Sat. with 10 current, seasonal clothing items (that meet the above criteria) and we will give you store credit. We are also taking snowsuits, special holiday outfits, and halloween costumes.
Consignment appointments are easily made and we are almost always in need baby equipment. If we are full in a certain item (ie baby swings) we can usually take it within a week. We can some times take larger items for consignment on a walk in basis.
